A. 5×5 Bent Over Row

A1. 5×5 Strict Pull-Ups w/3 sec Negative

Then:

12min EMOM:

– 7 Push Press (75/55lbs)

– 5 T2B

*Part A & A1 should be done by alternating sets (perform one set of bent over row, then perform one set of strict pullups, then back to bent over row, etc…until all 5 sets are complete).
