In teams of 4, relay style for time:
– 20 GHD Situps
– 20 Burpees
– 20 Steps OH Plate Walking Lunge (45/25lbs)
– 20 Pullups
– 5 Tire Flips
*Each team member will complete all of the work. The first member will complete 20 GHD situps, then move to the burpee station. The second member cannot start GHD situps until the first member moves to the burpee station…so on and so forth (i.e., members cannot move ahead in any of the exercises until the person in front of them moves to the next station).
