3 Rounds (for skill work):

– 45-60s Handstand hold

– Rest 1min

– 20 Shoulder Taps (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1okSA32sFWs)

– Rest 1min

– 5 HSPU

– Rest 1min

Then:

3-2-2-1-1-1 Pause Jerk

*Athletes will pause for 2 seconds in the bottom of the dip, then jerk overhead.  No split jerks.
