4 Rounds, Alternating with a Partner:

– 2min Max Distance Sled Drag (135/90lbs)

Rest 2min

– 2min Max C2B

Rest 2min

*While one partner is dragging the sled, the other partner is completing C2B.  Partners will then switch during the 2min rest period.  The score will be the team’s combined overall number of sled drags & combined overall number of C2B.  Sled drags will be completed in increments of 60ft in the grass; one 60ft sled drag will count as 1 rep.
