Regionals 2014 Team WOD….with a twist!

In Teams of 4, For Time:

– 60 Front Squat (115/85lbs)

– 10 Rope Climb

– 50 Front Squat

– 8 Rope Climb

– 40 Front Squat

– 6 Rope Climb

Teams must be made up of completely women or completely men.  Once the front squats begin, the bar may not touch the ground until all reps are complete (therefore, one bar per team).  Teams may split up reps between members as they choose.
