With a Partner, For Time:

800m Overhead Axel Carry (75/55lbs)

25min Time Cap

*No lunging involved, just walking with the axel overhead.  While one athlete begins the overhead carry, the other athlete will be running 400m+ to make it back around the track to their bar.  The partners will switch back and forth between the carry and the run until the 800m carry is covered.  If there is a group of 3, one athlete will be doing “walking burpees” alongside the athlete doing the axel carry.  Groups of 3 will rotate from the run to the axel carry to the burpees and so on.
