2 ROUNDS FOR TOTAL REPS:
Complete MAX EFFORT reps in 2 minutes of the following exercises followed by 1 min rest.
-Alternating axel bar O/H lunge (Bar + 50/30#)
-Alternating Kettle Bell Clean & Jerk @ 2pd/1.5pd
*Athletes will complete 2 minutes of work followed by 1 minute of rest on all exercises. Athletes will complete this four exercise circuit TWICE. IE 16 minutes of total working time. Scores at individual stations should remain nearly the same in both rounds.
