3 RFT of:

21 Plate O/H in place lunge 45/25#

15 Chest-to-bar pull-ups**

9 Burpees

**If an athlete can not/can no longer complete RX C2B they will do Jumping C2B with a SLOW negative to full extension. IE; jump up while pulling, make chest contact with the bar, then slowly lower to full arm lock out and repeat.
