14 Min AMRAP:

*on “Go!” Athletes must run 4 x 400M run (1Mile) then with the remaining time:

3 Wall Ball (20# to 10ft target/14# to a 9 foot target)

3 Burpees

6 Wall Ball

6 Burpees

9 Wall Ball

9 Burpees

…and so on until 14 minutes expire. Score is larges couplet completed in full + reps (IE 14/14 + 3)
