5 Minute Double Under Face off!

Two athletes will face off in a battle to accumulate the most DU reps. When the 5 minute clock begins, athlete 1 will begin performing double unders. As soon as athlete 1 “breaks”, athlete 2 will begin performing double unders. This process will be repeated back and forth between the two athletes for the full 5 minute interval. The athlete with the most DU’s completed at the end of five minutes, wins. Athletes who cannot DU will do 5 minutes of DU attempts with a partner…single DUs back and forth are acceptable!
